1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, browsing restaurants, or placing an order through MenuHub (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Platform.

2. What MenuHub is

MenuHub is a marketplace that connects customers with independent restaurants for food ordering and delivery. MenuHub is not the restaurant preparing your food — each restaurant is responsible for the quality, safety, pricing, and preparation of the items it lists.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information — an incorrect delivery address or phone number can delay or prevent delivery of your order.

4. Orders & payment

• All orders are paid by card, processed securely by our payment gateway (Yoco or iKhokha). MenuHub does not store your card details.
• Prices shown include the restaurant's menu prices plus a delivery fee, displayed before you pay.
• Once an order is placed and accepted by the restaurant, it generally can't be cancelled — contact Support immediately if there's a problem.
• Order status (accepted, preparing, out for delivery, delivered) is provided by the restaurant/driver and is our best available estimate, not a guarantee.

5. Cancellations & refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the situation — missing items, incorrect orders, or a restaurant's failure to fulfil an order are generally eligible. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method via our payment gateway. Contact Support with your order number to start a request.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather, order volume, and restaurant preparation time. MenuHub and its restaurant/driver partners aren't liable for delays outside their reasonable control.

7. Conduct

Don't misuse the Platform — this includes submitting fraudulent orders or payments, abusing restaurant or delivery staff, or attempting to interfere with the Platform's normal operation.

8. Reviews & content

Reviews and content you submit must be honest and your own. We may remove content that's abusive, fraudulent, or violates these Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, MenuHub isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including issues with food quality or delivery that originate with a restaurant or driver partner.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
